Last blog was kind of cheesy and for any for you lactose intolerant people out there it might have not been the most pleasant experience. For this blog I promise to limit the amount of cheese unless you count of course the countless photos, camera flashes, and the "1,2,3 cheese" that will probably occur after all y'all hear my little preview to my Calligraphy Rap song. This blog of course isn't supposed to be about the promotion of my mixtape, but since I'm finding ways to incorporate my last project with this project seemed like a fun thing to do.
This week my project went quite well at least in my book. After seeing my the practice work I had been working on he suggested I write an entire book like those medieval monks used to by using ink, a calligraphy pen, and their beautiful font style. I'm not bald yet so I won't be devoting the countless hours work such a task would require (sorry Brandon). Anyhow, this week I got work on a lot more practice sheets and even did some in pencil. I also went to Mrs. Sutter and got some better ink and a better calligraphy pen which is the difference between having a bad relationship compared to a good one. The old pen constantly needed to be redipped in the ink, and most of the time I had to press really hard to get the pen to do anything. It was a very one sided relationship with me being the only one trying. Since my mom is a counselor and does everything for me, including giving me great dating advice, I decided it was time to move on from that pen. Thankfully I found a new calligraphy pen to share my heart with and its soo much better than any of my pervious girlfriends. Everything the way the pen looks, feels, and most importantly is not a pain in the ass when using it. I am actually starting to enjoy spending time relaxing and improving upon my ability. I planned on showing my calligraphy to Mrs. Sutter this week, but I decided I wanted to get through the Alphabet first. Which I will be completing next week. I understand now that my last weeks goal of writing the entire alphabet in a weeks work was defiantly reaching for the stars. But like in my last Ted Talk with Matthew McConaughey, I would rather have some kind of kind I can keep on chasing.
Next week I plan on finishing the entire alphabet practice sheets with ink calligraphy. Ill have Mrs. Sutter give me the hardcore blunt truth, then I from there I can determine what areas do I most need to improve on in order to progress to the best of my ability. As always questions, comments, are always welcome.
Here is Calligraphy Rap Preview, and its at the bottom of the page.

Hey Steven... I am unable to see the pictures on the school computer. I tried to reload it but with no luck. Maybe it is just the computer? Keep working hard on your calligraphy and I am sure someone might be able to read your handwriting someday... just kidding. I hope all goes well for the rest, best of luck!
